As the Staff Global Account Sales Manager, you will own and grow one of Micron's most strategic global OEM relationships. This role is central to driving revenue, crafting account strategy, and representing the voice of the customer across the company. You will lead opportunity execution, influence cross-functional teams, and build trusted relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
Responsibilities:- Own and execute a global strategic account plan in partnership with Business Units and regional teams
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and a comprehensive global relationship map
- Manage and advance a multi-product opportunity pipeline with strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
- Deliver quarterly revenue, gross margin, and TAM share objectives aligned to BU and corporate goals
- Identify and develop new strategic sales opportunities that maximize return on company resources
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales or sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience managing global or multi-regional strategic accounts
- Background selling complex technology or semiconductor products
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$142,800.00 - $287,700.00 a year.
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
