Principal Financial Analyst on our FP&A team, you'll play a key role in driving strategic decisions that power the success of our Engineering and Security Products organizations. Your insights and analysis will directly influence how we allocate resources, invest in innovation, and grow our business.
You'll take the lead on monthly results reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, business modeling, and providing financial guidance that helps our leaders make smart, data-driven decisions. Your ability to distill complexity into clarity will be instrumental in helping our teams see the big picture.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:- Be a strategic partner to the Engineering and Security Products ELTs, influencing key decisions that drive performance and transformation.
- Lead core financial operations, oversee annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
- Shape the future through financial modeling and long-term planning that supports our most ambitious goals.
- Lead deep financial analysis to unlock value from ROI assessments and lifecycle optimization to strategic recommendations across your portfolio.
- Anticipate and act in identifying financial risks and opportunities and collaborate with leaders to minimize exposure while seizing the upside.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - 6+ years of proven experience leading high-performing teams, with a strong track record of people development and results delivery
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/reporting systems and BI tools.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA a plus)
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in ambiguity

Salary Range: $110,960- $160,960; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
