The Challenge

The Enterprise Sales Organization makes up 85% of OneTrust's Global Sales recurring revenue. As the market changes and products develop, this team is the frontline of customer interaction and success. The EBU Field Enablement Manager is responsible for the continued education and upskilling of the enterprise business, across individual contributors and sales management.

Your Mission

  • Design and deliver continued educational programs for enterprise sales reps and sales managers.


  • Strategize on key initiatives alongside of Global Sales Strategy and Senior Sales Leadership Team Members


  • Liaise with Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to build and deliver content


  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously refine enablement strategy


  • Leverage enablement data to identify potential knowledge and skill gaps across the sales organization


  • Develop programs for soft skill development


  • Design quarterly enablement calendars for live and self-led enablement


  • Ensure the effective launch and assessment of focused corporate initiatives

About the Role

  • Execute the enablement strategy for Enterprise AEs across AMER regions, ensuring alignment with OneTrust sales processes, messaging, and methodologies.


  • Collaborate on role-based learning and onboarding


  • Develop and deliver learning paths focused on sales skills including but not limited to; layered discovery, value creation, urgency building, technical and executive persona engagement, and rigorous use of Salesforce.


  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Learning & Development to design upskilling experiences that accelerate ramp and performance.


  • Continuously innovate enablement delivery formats, from live sessions to on-demand content, self-paced learning, and certifications.


  • Measure enablement impact using performance data, behavioral KPIs, and leader feedback to iterate and improve programs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or Account Executive roles.


  • Experience building and executing global enablement programs with regional alignment.


  • Deep understanding of selling skills required to establish a strong territory with consistent quota participation.


  • Familiarity with methodologies (MEDDPICC), Salesforce CRM, and enablement tools (e.g., CMS/LMS, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).


  • Strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.


  • High EQ, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive, accountable work ethic.


  • Travel up to 25% required for position, domestic and international


For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$112,500-$168,750 USD
