Job SummaryWe are seeking an IFS Solution Architect who can operate confidently in both executive conversations and deep technical discussions. The role requires strong expertise in IFS and earlier Apps versions, with a proven ability to lead solution design across complex enterprise programs. As a trusted advisor, the architect connects business needs with system capabilities, ensuring architectural integrity and enabling successful ERP transformations. The goal is to deliver robust, maintainable solutions aligned with business strategy while reducing risk and accelerating value. ***We are hiring for both Principal and Senior levels; candidates will be considered for either based on qualifications, experience, interviews, and Total Rewards evaluation*** Impact of the Role General Profile

Essential Functions
  • Analyzes business needs and processes to develop, design, troubleshoot and implement the organization's ERP applications and related training needs.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes.
  • Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization and assist with training documentation.
  • Analyzes ERP system performance and resolves any issues or vulnerabilities to improve the integrity, security, functionality or application of the system.
  • Designs, generates and monitors reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications.
  • Develops user training documentation and maintains LMS courses and training aids.
  • Frequently travels on-site to train new employees and provides support on how to set up and manage the system and associated workflows.
  • Works on advanced, complex technical ERP projects requiring a high degree of technical knowledge
Additional Responsibilities
  • Experience designing and governing integrations between IFS and systems while ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across functional domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Projects.
  • Strong ability to communicate solution options, trade-offs, and implications to both business and technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
Required Qualifications
  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience Associate's Degree
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: IT or Business degree preferred
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Business Analytics. Business Requirement Gathering. ERP Management. ERP Systems. Functional Testing and Troubleshooting. General Data Analysis.   • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ERP solution architecture experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong IFS implementation exposure.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
