As the Principal EA, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our core retail systems across am ecosystem of commercial, supply chain, finance/HR, and corporate systems. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with the business, product, and engineering leaders to design and govern cutting-edge platforms that support our great

Your contributions will drive the advancement of our record system platforms, supporting our business operations, customer engagement, and digital platform. This will help maintain store supply while enabling new, innovative approaches to serve and inspire shoppers.

This role requires a rare blend of strategic vision, architectural expertise, and a passion for innovation. You'll craft enterprise roadmaps that influence long-term strategy while ensuring solutions remain flexible, scalable, and aligned to the ever-changing needs of customers. By bridging business and technology, you'll enable platforms that don't just support retail-they redefine it.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, & Quincy, MA.

Primary Purpose

Sets the enterprise technology vision and operating model, orchestrating cross domain roadmaps, standards, and governance to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Salary Range: $163,280-$244,920

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
