Contributes to the overall success of Enterprise Platforms & EUC Engineering in Canada and globally, ensuring individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of business strategies and outcomes. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Provides senior technical leadership and technical product ownership for the Bank's virtual workspace platforms, including Citrix, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID. This role is accountable for designing, engineering, and operating end-to-end solutions that deliver secure, scalable, and consistent user experiences at enterprise scale.

The role connects product vision, engineering design, delivery sequencing, and runtime operations, ensuring that Cloud PC and virtual workspace platforms function as resilient, user-centric services rather than isolated technical components.

• Champions a customer-focused culture, ensuring virtual workspace and Cloud PC solutions are engineered with user experience, reliability, and performance as first-class design outcomes.
• Acts as the senior technical authority and technical product lead for the virtual workspace domain, owning solution direction from concept and design through build, deployment, and steady-state operations.
• Leads the design and engineering of large-scale Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions, including identity-integrated, security-by-design, and multi-region capable deployments aligned to enterprise performance, resilience, and supportability expectations.
• Owns or co-owns the technical product backlog, translating business outcomes, user experience requirements, risk findings, security controls, operational feedback, and technical debt into prioritized and sequenced engineering work.
• Drives end-to-end engineering decisions across identity, networking, endpoint management, security, automation, monitoring, and support models.
• Uses experience telemetry and operational data to continuously improve performance and reduce friction.
• Serves as the highest technical escalation point for complex design or operational issues.
• Partners closely with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams.

• Hybrid, Standard office environment. Non-standard hours and moderate travel may be required.
