Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of IC design experience
• Strong background in analog and mixed-signal design
• Proven experience as a design team lead and manager
• Detail-oriented in architecture definition, circuit design, debug, and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• Experience designing Power Management ICs using LDMOS/BCD process technologies
• Proficient in Cadence tools for mixed-signal design; hands-on with Virtuoso Custom IC Environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Power Management ICs and multi-chip modules (MCMs)
• Collaborate with various teams to define feature sets, architecture, resourcing, schedules, and costs
• Mentor less experienced designers in mixed-signal design best practices
• Plan and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies and designs
• Support the development of production test procedures
• Specify and design low-power, high-performance analog circuits and power management modules using CMOS/BCD technology
• Oversee all aspects of IC analog/mixed-signal design from initial concept to production, including various circuit types
