Job Description:This Integration T3 Principal IE will develop and execute long-term segment supply strategies to synergize Mars Snacking and Accelerator External Manufacturing network and deliver complex, network wide transformation designed to integrate production networks to drive value creation and compliance for business needs.
- This role will orchestrate and accelerate the timely execution of network synergy initiatives across External manufacturing network, driving visions and purpose with an integration team and aligning stakeholders to meet critical launch milestones.
This role is to support Mars Snacking and Accelerator synergy efforts, requiring the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, and has an end date as of 31st December, 2027. Location is flexible - US based.
What are we looking for?- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or finance required, or significant equivalent experience.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of related work experience (Operations Line Manager, Site Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer, Logistics Manager, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management)
- Proven strong analytical and change management capability
- Efficiency and Project management skills. Must be able to prioritize projects within heavy workload periods.
- Experience in multifunctional project work for supply chain and innovation management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
What will be your key responsibilities?Integration Synergy- Serve as the primary Supply representative for designated team to identify saving opportunities, design synergy roadmap and create execution plan for production network integration for identified primes, internal manufacturing lines or External Manufacturing
- Integrated Delivery & Execution Leadership: Directs hands-on project execution, coordinating internal and external teams to hit milestones and achieve successful delivery of integration projects with supply, R&D, commercial and other cross functions
- Proactive Risk & Dependency Management: Identifies, mitigates, and resolves all project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Support transformation initiative that impacts your production network for a seamless End-to-end supply chain transformation execution

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
