Overall Purpose: As thePrincipal-Data Analysis, youwill be responsible fordesigning solutions which achieve the organization27s objectives for data sourcing, synchronization, and performance across the business compensation technology stack.This is a high visibility role which interacts with sales leaders who support Indirect distribution. The candidate must have a good mix of technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on evolving the E2E data architecture roadmap, delivering new compensation plans, and enhancing existing compensation plans.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Data Collection and Processing: Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Discrepancy Resolution and Quality Assurance: Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
- Analytical Tools: Includes SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
