Professional Experience • 8+ years of experience in program management, finance or accounting, or large-scale technology delivery roles • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with leadership across multiple business units at once • Demonstrated ability to support financial forecasting, conduct variance analysis, and develop executive ready reports • Experience working with structured governance frameworks Preferred Experience • Prior experience in the financial services sector; experience within a large financial institution strongly preferred. • Prior experience working within an information security or technology environment preferred • Leadership or managerial experience Personal Attributes • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and communicate financial and delivery data. • Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation capability. • Highly organized, detail‑focused, and collaborative. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complex stakeholder environments, and competing priorities.
