Lead Engineer - Application Support
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize application monitoring tools and systems;
- Develop monitoring strategies and best practices to improve performance;
- Monitor application performance metrics and troubleshoot issues as necessary;
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement monitoring solutions;
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of monitoring engineers;
- Establish monitoring workflows and processes to streamline operations;
- Develop and maintain monitoring documentation and reports for stakeholders.
