Job DescriptionAn experienced consulting professional with experience in project management and excellent communication skills who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to deliver high quality support and work products to health care end users. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment and decision-making, in order to support contract deliverables such as project plans, communication plans, and monthly reports. Acts as the main point of contact between government stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and internal leadership. Creates and maintains project plans, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are in line with the objectives and standards set by the federal agency. Consistently provides project updates, identifies risks, and communicates changes to stakeholders, ensuring that transparency and alignment are achieved to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives
- Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports
- Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation
- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

QualificationsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
