Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements across multiple clients.
Partner with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Oversee project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance.
Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, writing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients.
Support practice development through thought leadership, methodology refinement, and internal knowledge sharing.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to inform client recommendations.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consulting or a relevant leadership role.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in client relationship management and business development.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 84,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 294,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
