Who we are

We're looking for a Principal Business Strategy Architect - Corporate Domain (HR, Finance, Site Solutions, CCRS) who is excited to shape the future of our corporate functions and influence enterprise-wide transformation. In this role, you'll partner directly with senior leaders to define future-state visions, evolve operating models, and guide technology-enabled modernization across HR, Finance, Site Solutions, Compliance, Risk, and Sustainability. You'll lead high-impact strategic planning efforts and translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable pathways that drive meaningful change. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with consulting-level acumen to operate at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery while making a visible impact across the organization.

What You'll Do

Strategic Architecture for HR & Finance Transformation
  • Partner with Corporate domain leaders to understand strategic goals, operating challenges, and transformation imperatives.
  • Develop and maintain capability maps, maturity models, value streams, and operating model views.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies between platforms and enterprise systems.


Strategy-to-Technology Execution Leadership
  • Translate strategic priorities into informing multi-year transformation roadmaps.
  • Shape initiative proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and program leadership to ensure business intent drives technology decisions.
  • Define transition states connecting strategy to delivery.


Enterprise Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Legal/Compliance, and Site Solutions.
  • Lead workshops to clarify dependencies and resolve conflicts.
  • Bridge competing priorities with structured, data-driven facilitation.


Executive Facilitation & Decision Support
  • Prepare and deliver structured, executive-ready narratives.
  • Create decision frameworks and recommendations for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across people, process, capability, and technology tradeoffs.


Governance, Portfolio Alignment & Change Leadership
  • Support initiative discovery, prioritization, and portfolio visioning.
  • Align with teams on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate architecture outcomes into communication tools for stakeholders.


Successful Candidates will have:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or Consulting.
  • Experience leading Workday HCM, Finance ERP, or Corporate transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture concepts.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and technology requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and building consensus.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and business case development.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across multiple Corporate domains (HR + Finance; HR + Compliance; Finance + Real Estate).
  • Management consulting background at Manager/Senior Manager/Principal level.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or modern Finance platforms.
  • Understanding of Corporate governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

This position has a starting salary range of $142,500.00 to $185,300.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
