Requisition ID: 97124

This position is for a development, environmental, land use and zoning attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is licensed in California and has worked with CEQA, the CEC, and development in general in California. Generally, the work includes (1) development work, including land use and zoning work, representing developers and builders at the local government, state and federal level, or (2) environmental legal work, including ESA, NEPA, Corps and other subjects. This background may include government, in-house, NGO or other relevant experience.

The attorney may also have experience in administrative law, representing clients in quasi-judicial hearings and administrative legal challenges, and appearing before commissions for development and other approvals.
