Job Summary:The Principal Analyst of HR Business Solutions will drive cross-functional projects that address the highest-priority business challenges in support of our enterprise's new HR operating model. You will work closely with Strategic HR Business Leaders and leverage Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement integrated, scalable solutions that drive critical talent outcomes. This is a dynamic leadership role for a solution-oriented HR strategist who thrives on complexity, flexibility, and high-impact collaboration.
Job Specifications: - Starting Wage: $108,000 - $145,000 + Annual Bonus

Job Responsibilities - May lead a group within the HR Business Solutions Team in deploying flexibly to strategic initiatives prioritized through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process.
- Serve as a problem solver, partnering with HR Business Leaders and business stakeholders to scope issues, identify root causes, and contribute to fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Work with your Director to translate business strategy into people and organizational strategies in partnership with COEs and Strategic HR Business Leaders.
- Translate business needs into people and organizational recommendations in collaboration with COEs and Strategic HR Business Leaders.
- Manage initiatives that cut across traditional HR functional boundaries.
- Ensure business solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise HR priorities to ensure optimal outcomes, including for reoccurring HR business processes.
- Champion a user-centered, agile mindset within the team, continuously iterating on solutions based on feedback and business impact.
- Cultivate a high-performing, multidisciplinary team through mentorship, coaching, and capability-building.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree required.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, consulting, or related roles with project ownership or team coordination responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels of leadership, including experience influencing and building business cases.
- Commitment to inclusivity and user-centered design in people strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to lead with a consultative approach, and provide guidance and advice when needed.
- Experience with organizational transformation, change leadership, or enterprise portfolio management a plus.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $108,000 - $145,000 + Annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
