T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Analyst with exceptional analytical and communication skills and a talent for creative problem-solving to provide business intelligence to our dynamic business teams. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department and business partners to provide practical, strategic guidance and design and implement creative solutions to address complex legal and technological challenges. This role delivers advanced quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making. It involves creating internal client-centric solutions driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. The role leads the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, administering standardized reports for cross-functional use. Success is measured by the delivery of advanced business insights and findings presented clearly through data visualizations and AI analytics to Legal audiences. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed decisions and operational efficiency within the Legal team. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
