You Are:

You are an experienced and passionate Analog Methodology Engineer with a deep understanding of mixed-signal circuit design principles and emerging AI/ML technologies . You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a cross-functional team of experts. Your hands-on experience with transistor-level simulations, reliability analysis, and static timing analysis (STA) tools sets you. You are proficient in scripting and automation, enabling you to streamline design processes apart and mentor junior engineers. You have experience with AI/ML and understand how to apply machine learning techniques to analog circuit optimization. Your knowledge spans across various analog and mixed-signal circuits, and you have a strong background in silicon IP release requirements. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. You bring a wealth of experience to the table, making you a key player in driving innovation and achieving success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team of analog and mixed-signal circuit designers on design and methodology.
  • Integrating AI/ML techniques and large language models (LLMs) into analog design workflows for enhanced automation and optimization.
  • Conducting transistor-level simulations and reliability analysis to ensure the robustness of designs.
  • Utilizing static timing analysis (STA) tools to validate and optimize circuit performance.
  • Developing and automating design flows using programming languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, and C/C++.
  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers to become proficient in new methodologies and best practices.
  • Driving the integration of high-speed PHY designs such as SERDES, DDR, or HBM into SoCs.
