A Day in the Life:

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI models, including training and fine-tuning for various applications.
  • Implement and deploy AI solutions on a cloud platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Utilize Python for data preprocessing, model development, and automation of AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with the development team to broaden AI capabilities and enhance existing solutions.
  • Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies, staying ahead of industry advancements.
  • Optimize and monitor AI models post-deployment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows

What it takes:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services/consulting or solution delivery management, with at least 5 years focused on complex solutions.
  • Technical Background: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic solutions, preferably transitioning from a technical role (developer or architect).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Leadership: Experience in building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including experience working with customers' distributed teams and defining the right target operating model.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
