The Opportunity A new era integral senior role on our Global Marketing Organization! This person owns, operates, and continuously evolve AI-powered and automated solutions across the ad tech ecosystem including ad trafficking, taxonomy creation, metadata tracking, media activation, analytics and finance handoff. This role evaluates and adopts outstanding industry tools - integrating them into our global media ecosystem where appropriate - while also producing custom solutions where gaps exist. The person owns scalable ad tech capabilities as the primary product owner. They are responsible for global rollout across media strategy, buying desks, data analysis, asset creation, and financial teams.
What you'll Do - Develop, productize, and operate capabilities based on artificial intelligence for end to end ad trafficking (across DSPs, social platforms and AdCloud), metadata/taxonomy.
- generation, campaign QA, and media activation. Reducing manual setup and human error.
- Produce GenAI-powered taxonomy and naming convention solutions; maintain and iterate on them as standards evolve.
- Lead integration of adopted tools into the existing tech stack, ensuring compatibility with data pipelines, taxonomy standards, and team workflows. Develop playbooks and rollout schedule
- Act as technical liaison across media, data engineering, and finance to reduce friction at key workflow intersections.
- Continuously research and evaluate industry-standard ad tech, AI, and automation tools already in market (e.g., trafficking agents, GenAI metadata tools, analytics platforms, workflow automation).
- Provide internal product feedback as a leader for Adobe-on-Adobe.
What you need to succeed - 13+ years in programmatic/digital ad operations: trafficking, ad server management (Flashtalking experience), tagging/measurement (adobe Launch experience), metadata/taxonomy, and end-to-end ad serving.
- Demonstrated experience delivering and scaling AI and automation solutions in media operations- not just evaluating them.
- Proven track record of global tool rollouts across multi-functional teams (agencies, buying desks, analytics, finance, creative).
- Strong project management: requirements documentation, workback schedules, cross-functional alignment, and playbook creation.
- Advanced analytics experience: MTA, large-scale datasets (Databricks a plus), working with log level data and translating data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in workflow/ticketing platforms (Jira, Workfront, or equivalent); experience designing automated intake workflows.
- Experience with DSPs, social buying platforms, and search engines from an ops and data perspective.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $277,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $191,800 - $277,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
