We're seeking a skilled Primary Content Creator to join us. In this position, your primary focus will be to research, write, and edit high-quality, market-facing content, including in-depth articles, guides, white papers, customer references and other long-form assets that support campaign-aligned content strategies. These original assets are designed to capture and sustain audience engagement for extended periods.

We are looking for a Primary Content Creator, and this position is based remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Produce authoritative "source" content that enables downstream derivative content creation across campaigns and channels.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and customer challenges to develop credible and engaging narratives.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy, depth, and clarity of technical and industry-specific content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to Siemens brand standards for tone, voice, messaging, and structure.
  • Factcheck, revise, and refine content for accuracy, grammar, readability, strategic alignment, and source citation.
  • Support development of primary messaging frameworks for focus industries when needed.
  • Partner with Content Strategy, Field Marketing, and Derivative Content to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and is usable across marketing programs.
  • Apply SEO and GEO best practices, including keyword integration and structural optimization, to improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Refresh and update legacy long-form content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Repurpose existing content to target additional industries
  • Manage content production timelines and coordinate with creative or external contributors to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience professional writing producing long form B2B content.
  • 5+ years of experience in generating original long-form content.
  • 5+ years of experience writing for multiple industries, demonstrating adaptability, research depth, and versatility.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a B2B background.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SME's to build credible, technically accurate narratives.
  • Submission of writing samples will be required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically less than 10% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
