Requirements & Highlights- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
- Epic EMR
- Ability to provide primary care services to all ages or 12 & up
- Commit to a Monday Friday schedule; normally 7am-6pm
Services : Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
