Banner Health , a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Wellington, Colorado. Located just 10 miles north of Fort Collins, Wellington offers small-town charm, open space, and a strong sense of community-perfect for providers seeking meaningful connections and lifestyle balance.
Position Highlights:- Full-time outpatient only practice - Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)
- 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours weekly
- Limited shared call (phone consult only)
- Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications:- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Banner Health's Total Compensation Package Includes:- Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience) plus incentives
- $100K educational loan repayment
