Responsibilities- Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic diseases.
- Conduct preventive health screenings and routine check-ups tailored to patients' needs.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients to support health maintenance.
- Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established clinical guidelines.
Requirements- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
- Valid medical license to practice primary care medicine.
