Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Serving the area since 1979, we pride ourselves on a collaborative, family-like culture offering our providers

work-life balance.Quick Look: - Schedule: Full-Time (4 days/week). Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible start times. Optional but highly incentivized shared call rotation (1:10).
- Unmatched Support: Providers here are completely supported so they can focus purely on patient care. Work alongside a large team of Physicians and APPs with a 1:1 MA ratio, float nurses, on-site phlebotomy, a dedicated phone triage team, and in-house billing/referral teams. We also utilize cutting-edge AI dictation (Suki and DeepScribe) to eliminate administrative burden.
- Locations: Outpatient clinic in Orange, VA (with flexibility to also support Madison, VA location).
Practice Overview: - Supportive Environment: Work alongside a large team of 8 Primary Care Physicians, 3 NPs, and Physician Assistant supported by a 1:1 MA ratio, float nurses, on-site phlebotomy, a dedicated phone triage team, and in-house billing/referral teams. We also utilize cutting-edge software to eliminate administrative burden.
- Broad Scope of Care: Manage a diverse patient panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Enjoy highly flexible appointment lengths tailored to your workflow preferences.
- Clinical Duties: Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and women's health. Perform in-office procedures including suturing, I&Ds, and skin tag removals (IUD insertion/removal experience is a plus).
