This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver compassionate, evidence-based outpatient primary care alongside an esteemed board-certified Family Medicine physician and a strong clinical team that takes real pride in the care it delivers.
- Scope of Practice: Deliver full-scope primary care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, encompassing acute diagnosis and treatment, preventive wellness visits, and chronic disease management.
- Support & Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you will be caring for patients alongside an experienced, highly-rated physician with significant teaching and leadership experience. You will join an established team of experienced and collaborative advanced practice providers.

- Work-Life: Maintain a full-time schedule featuring three extended shifts weekly, plus an alternating biweekly half-day.

Qualifications:- 1+ year of primary care or hospital medicine experience preferred
- Must love building relationships with patients and possess excellent clinical skills, bedside manner, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a clear and concise communication style and be a collaborative team player.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure, board certification, and DEA license is required
