FNP/PA | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Supportive Team

Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA ) to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:
  • Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available
  • Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
  • 18-20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic
  • 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
  • Limited shared call (phone consult only)
  • Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

  • Newly refurbished clinic featuring fresh paint, updated flooring, new artwork, and modern furniture-creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff
