Position Highlights:- Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available
- Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
- 18-20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic
- 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
- Limited shared call (phone consult only)
- Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

- Newly refurbished clinic featuring fresh paint, updated flooring, new artwork, and modern furniture-creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications:- 2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required
- Board Certified FNP or PA-C
- Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one)
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
