Job description

Job Summary

This role will offer a unique opportunity to work with both pricing proposals for new projects and contracts as well as leading the reporting and analysis of material costing.

Essential Job Functions
• Reporting on site costing metrics to support the site with improving focus on variance analysis and challenging overspends.
• Analyze material costing data to help provide understanding of cost breakdowns and offer recommendations for opportunities to reduce costs.
• Contribute to the rate development process and updates
• Lead the annual standard costing processes
• Work collaboratively with the business to develop pricing for OE and aftermarket proposals.
• Follow accounting policies and procedures and control processes to ensure work is completed to defined standard.
• Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills.
• Analyze and understand data quickly to make informed business decisions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Candidate skills & requirements

Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
