Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain detailed option information including codes, costs, and descriptions.
  • Manage option data in the Option Management System (OMS).
  • Identify part numbers and bills of materials for cost and pricing calculations.
  • Analyze data to support pricing strategies and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams in Marketing, Engineering, and Purchasing.
  • Coordinate pricing releases with Engineering and Marketing for new products.
  • Address inquiries regarding unpublished option pricing.
  • Assist in pricing activities including estimating costs and conducting ad hoc analyses.

Full Job Description
Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain information (option codes, costs, prices, weights, descriptions, Data Book pages) for a specific group of options.
  • Maintain all relevant option data in the Option Management System (OMS).
  • Identify part numbers and bills of material appropriate for calculating the cost and price of a given option.
  • Provide data analysis and recommendations to support pricing initiatives.
  • Create relationships with suppliers relevant to the assigned group of options and with internal representatives from Marketing, Engineering, and Corporate Purchasing.
  • Coordinate release of pricing information with Engineering and Marketing for new product introductions.
  • Respond to requests for unpublished option prices.
  • Support pricing activities, including cost estimation, content management and ad hoc analysis.

  • B.S./B.A. degree in engineering, accounting or business administration required
  • 3-5 years industry-related or cost accounting experience preferred

Additional Job Board Information

The salary range for the Pricing Analyst is $80,800 - $120,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
