Job DescriptionPosition Details- This position is onsite at our Specialty location in Orlando, Florida.
Position PurposeThe OpCo President translates strategic vision into operational success blending leadership, management and
tactical execution to ensure the company runs efficiently and meets its goals.
Major Functional Responsibilities• Implements the company's long-term strategy as defined by the CEO and board.
• Develops tactical plans, performance metrics, and budgets.
• Monitors market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversees daily operations across departments like sales, marketing, production, and logistics.
• Ensures efficient workflows and resource allocation.
• Identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks.
• Leads senior executives and department heads.
• Sets the tone for company culture and ensures alignment with mission and values.
• Oversees hiring, firing, and staff development.
• Manages budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
• Reviews financial reports and performance indicators.
• Ensures profitability and compliance with financial obligations.
• Represents the company in public and with key partners.
• Maintains relationships with investors, customers, and strategic allies.
• Negotiates major contracts and partnerships.

Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience, Bachelor's degree:
• 6-10 years' experience in finance, accounting, operations and/or sales within foodservice industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial management
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree
Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, operations and/or sales.
• Supervisory / Management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
