Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering or Related Field
  • Master of Business Administration preferred
  • Previous experience in operations/business management within the metal fabrication or automotive industry
  • Previous experience in a 'high-level', multi-million-dollar business management role
  • Prior experience owning business profit and loss preferred

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with global tooling, fixture and prototype supply base and sourcing process within the automotive industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • International Travel will be required
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and program impact.
