Experience Requirement- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering or Related Field
- Master of Business Administration preferred
- Previous experience in operations/business management within the metal fabrication or automotive industry
- Previous experience in a 'high-level', multi-million-dollar business management role
- Prior experience owning business profit and loss preferred
Technical Competencies- Familiarity with global tooling, fixture and prototype supply base and sourcing process within the automotive industry preferred.
- Fluent in English
- International Travel will be required
