Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe President of Asset Preservation, Inc. provides strategic vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight to ensure long-term growth, sustainability, and market leadership. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives, driving financial performance, managing risk, and fostering a high-performance culture. The President works closely with the executive leadership team to align functional strategies with enterprise-wide goals and to position the organization for sustained success over a multi-year horizon.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's overall objectives and long-term vision.
- Provide clear vision and leadership to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the business and its functions.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to maintain and strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Establish and execute strategies with significant long-term (5+ years) impact on business performance and results.
- Oversee the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.
- Identify potential business, operational, and market risks and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
- Collaborate closely with other senior leaders and members of the executive team to achieve organizational objectives and foster cross-functional alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide deep industry insight and expertise, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound, data-driven decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Represent the organization with the highest level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience- Typically requires 15+ years of progressive, related work experience, including senior leadership or executive-level responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading complex organizations or business units with significant financial and strategic accountability
Pay Range & BenefitsThe base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
