Overview

Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitability, revenue generation, positive cash flow, strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and management to employees and adhere to and advocate core values in day-to-day business practices.
  • Represent the company with major customers, business partners and the public.
  • Prepare strategic business development and marketing plans.
  • Lead and participate in the capture and proposal management processes.
  • Market capabilities, discriminators, and differentiators to win new customers and to retain and build business with existing customers.
  • Ensure programs and proposals are within scope, within budget, and on schedule.
  • Monitor service satisfaction through personal interaction with customers, subcontractors, and program managers.
  • Analyze monthly and fiscal year to date budget versus actual revenue and profit performance by contract.
  • Support the Quality Management System and assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal business processes.
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports as required.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment with the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and ethics.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of senior level management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' functioning in a management or leadership role within a government contracting environment.
  • Must have a proven record of winning federal contract business and operationally managing nationally dispersed locations with exempt and non- exempt employees, and have a thorough understanding of federal government contracting, pricing, fringe and indirect rate structures, and budget development and execution.
  • Proven experience in the development and capture pipeline of $100M+ opportunities.
  • Secret Government Clearance Required, Top Secret Eligible
  • PMP Required.
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

  • MBA preferred.
