Full Job Description
The role is primarily focused on developing, managing, and implementing projects with key business partners focused on accelerating revenue growth of the Premier segment. Manage holistic integration and execution of the segment in conjunction with critical channels and key partners to ensure both long term and short-term performance expectations are met. Lead key strategic initiatives to advance AI and technology capabilities to position the business to accelerate revenue growth, financial impact, while also mitigating risk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage holistic integration of strategic initiatives to accomplish short- and long-term objectives including premier segment household growth, revenue and key segment performance metrics.
2. Manage and prioritize multiple comprehensive programs and strategies that optimize the delivery of the segment, across in-market, virtual, digital and phone channel distribution.
4. Design, develop, and support Truist Enterprise IRM partnerships to deliver the holistic Premier Value Proposition; these partnerships include Wealth, Insurance, and Small Business.
5. Define and execute AI strategies and advanced technology, translating business objectives into scalable, data-driven solutions that drive measurable impact and competitive advantage in the premier segment
6. Develop strong working partnerships with critical partners, including but not limited to Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Deposits, Lending and Mortgage Products to influence design and execution of processes or programs to align with segment priorities.
7. Maintain strong working knowledge about industry, competitive, technological, and regulatory trends impacting key products and/or segments.
8. Ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met for the Premier Business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, finance, banking or equivalent education and related training
2. 15+ years of experience in retail banking programs, with leadership experience in strategy, marketing, product management, sales management or segment related experience
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interaction with senior management; ability to influence strategy and decision making
5. Excellent people management skills; ability to partner with a diverse level of skills and experiences, in a team-oriented environment
6. Excellent written, verbal, problem solving and analytical skills
7. Excellent conceptual/strategic thinking skills, the ability to see the big picture and think outside of the box
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 20+ years of leadership experience with at least 15+ in banking or related field
2. Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
3. Proven track record / certification within Project Management
4. Completion of Leadership Development Program or Banking School such as Truist Leadership Development Program
