- Help develop bidder lists, outreach strategies, and subcontractor participation plans
- Coordinate bid communications and support subcontractor proposal development
- Participate in scope review meetings to clarify inclusions, exclusions, and gaps
- Assist in reviewing subcontractor proposals for completeness and alignment
- Support constructability reviews and coordinate input across stakeholders
- Identify risks, procurement challenges, long-lead items, and schedule impacts
- Assist with logistics planning, project phasing, and site coordination
- Contribute to value engineering efforts and propose practical alternatives
- Prepare preconstruction deliverables, including budgets, estimates, schedules, and reports
- Track action items, design decisions, and deadlines
- Participate in meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Support project transitions from preconstruction to construction
- Visit project sites as needed to assess conditions and constraints
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in preconstruction, project management, construction, or related field

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Field experience
- Experience with K-12, higher education, healthcare, or public works projects
