Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience with large-scale and utility-scale solar projects.
• Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods, including cost modeling and GMPs.
• Background in estimating self-performed disciplines and managing subcontractor relations.
• Proven capability in preconstruction management across diverse projects.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the bid process as the 'Bid Captain' during negotiated bids.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to enhance project collaboration.
• Monitor and manage project budgets effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare necessary qualifications and contract documents to align with project obligations.
• Oversee preconstruction schedules to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Assist in the training and development of project staff, emphasizing safety and compliance.
• Present organized documentation and deliverables to project owners and stakeholders.
