Full Job Description
Preclinical Operations Associate II Program Management USA to join our Preclinical Operations organization, supporting our nonclinical development programs in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will drive planning, alignment, and execution activities while collaborating with Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics teams.

  • Deliver program management support across Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics.
  • Facilitate development and execution of nonclinical plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Integrate nonclinical activities into broader development project plans.
  • Monitor progress against approved plans and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.
  • Lead and coordinate sub-teams to support decision-making and accountability.
  • Maintain program information within Planisware, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Project.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through solution development and implementation.
  • You build strong partnerships and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Salary Range (annually)
