Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales ManagerPorsche Brooklyn is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager responsible for acquiring, reconditioning, marketing and selling pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities- Acquisition of vehicles utilizing all channels
- Oversee reconditioning to the highest standards
- Set sales goals, track progress, and manage to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Maintain pricing, marketing, advertising and sales for pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure customer satisfaction through process and integrity
- Oversee leads and follow-up
- Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in
- accordance with company standards
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Qualifications- Prior sales management experience in luxury automotive sales required
- Strong knowledge of luxury and highline pre-owned vehicle appraisals and sales
- Ability to train and support the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities with strong customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to run an efficient profitable department
