Practice Sales Associate Director

Summary

The Practice Associate Director supports presales and business development efforts within the CLM FCC Practice. This Practice is responsible for defining, managing, and executing eClerx's CLM and FCC capabilities and go-to-market strategy, as well as achieving its sales and client engagement goals. The Associate will lead and execute activities across the sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, client outreach, solution positioning, demonstrations, proposal development, and early-stage engagement planning.

  • Presales Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate with Advisory and Delivery teams to gather inputs for RFPs and solution pitches.
  • Maintain a repository of sales collateral and case studies.
  • Business Development Enablement
  • Conduct market research and identify potential client segments.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline activities and client outreach efforts.
  • Help organize client workshops, webinars, and industry events.
  • Practice Collaboration
  • Work closely with Practice Leads to align sales efforts with strategic priorities.
  • Support internal initiatives such as capability mapping and offering refinement.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and marketing content development.
  • Client Engagement
  • Participate in early-stage client conversations and discovery sessions.
  • Document client requirements and feedback for solution shaping.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders under guidance from senior team members.

Eligibility Requirements
  • 5- 8 years of experience in sales, presales, business development, or consulting within financial services or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AML/KYC, Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, including practical experience supporting client engagements or solution development in these areas.
  • Working knowledge and experience with software and product development, including the ability to understand solution architecture, product roadmaps, and technology integration in client environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150K-$200K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
