Summary:
The Practice Operations Manager for Sleep Medicine is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have prior clinical and Sleep Medicine experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
Additional Information The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
