Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties- Monitor the accounting and business operations of Client entities, including the production of periodic financial reports for family office
- Maintain an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of reported financial results
- Oversee day-to- day financial management related to Operations performed by Accounting teams
- Provide leadership in financial functions including financial and operational control; business integration; planning, forecasting and analysis; cash flow; taxes; and corporate development
- Help drive the performance, strategic planning and growth orientation of the business
- Follow and adhere to business management related policies and procedures
- Review and summarize Client agreements
- Performance of Client Risk Assessment and Financial Planning
- Review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Work collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that will improve the overall efficiency of the firm and ensure excellent client service
- Possess a willingness to take on new tasks; general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization and demonstrated ability to work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded
- Work in a hands-on fashion to lead accounting and financial reporting within the family office
- Focus on the firms' systems, accounting, control, and service matters in integrating businesses
- Assess and build a high-performance team and growth culture based on providing value to our clients

Qualifications- Ability to reliably commute and report to the Tri Star office
- BS Accounting, Finance, Economics
- 8-10 years of Family Office, Financial Services, or Business Management Experience
- CPA or similar designation required
- Strong academic record
- Experience in managing several concurrent projects for
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of ERP Systems
