Full Job Description
The Practice Group Manager will partner closely with MBD and our firm's Practice Group Leaders to promote operational efficiencies and support the continued growth and success of the firm's national practices: Bankruptcy, Corporate Litigation, and Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities
• Develop, review and collaborate regarding the production and execution of practice plans for Bankruptcy, Corporate Litigation, and Intellectual Property; align attorney business needs, leadership goals, and marketing execution.
• Manage national practices' content agenda (topics, authors, editorial calendar, repurposing plan).
• Oversee rankings and awards strategy (submissions calendar, matter collection, referee coordination, messaging consistency).
• Manage department intranet pages to share section strategies, training materials, and opportunities for internal and external audiences.
• Review department data to develop ideas for practice one-sheets, pitch visuals, case studies, or infographics used in RFP/Pitch materials to better position our national practice groups in the marketplace.
• Support the collection and reporting of matter experience as well as contact information and other data for marketing planning and mailing lists.
• Turn practice expertise into digital content to be used across web, social, email and firm multimedia.
• Oversee Practice Group networking events and establish practice specific follow up.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or J.D. preferred.
• Prior experience supporting legal practices, professional services operations, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

This is an exempt full-time position with an opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays contingent on the business needs and requirements. You must reside within reasonable commuting distance from the firm's Wilmington, DE office to be able to work on site three days per week. Travel outside of Delaware to attend networking events may be required.
