Full Job Description
Associates will work closely with our attorneys, co-counsel, and clients on a wide variety of complex and challenging litigation matters in corporate bankruptcy cases and in cases before state courts and other federal courts.

Candidates must be admitted to the Delaware bar or willing to take the Delaware bar exam. Ideal candidates would have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, oral advocacy, and eDiscovery. Litigation experience in Delaware state and federal courts is preferred but not required.
