Full Job Description
We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Practice Director to lead one of our growing orthodontic practices.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, creates positive energy naturally, and knows how to drive operational excellence without losing the human side of leadership.

The Practice Director partners closely with the Doctor and leadership team to lead day-to-day operations, build an incredible patient experience, grow the business, and create a culture where both patients and team members love being there.

If you're the type of leader who jumps in when needed, inspires others through action, values accountability, and believes culture matters just as much as results - we'd love to meet you.

How you'll make us better:
  • Create and maintain a positive, upbeat, high-performing office culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated
  • Partner with the Doctor to ensure excellence in patient care, team development, and clinic operations
  • Lead with positivity, professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while building strong relationships and trust
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance metrics, profitability, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience
  • Understand and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance to help achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Support growth initiatives through local marketing efforts and relationship-building within the dental community
  • Help implement and reinforce new tools, systems, and operational processes
  • Handle patient concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
  • Jump into clinic roles when needed and lead by example during busy moments
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board regulations

What makes you a great fit:

We're proud of our people-first culture and are looking for someone who brings both operational strength and positive energy to the team.

You'll thrive here if you are:
  • A natural leader who creates positive momentum and strong team culture
  • Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating an exceptional patient experience
  • Organized, operationally minded, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable while still leading with kindness and respect
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships with patients, doctors, and team members alike
  • Someone who sees problems as opportunities and brings solutions, not excuses

Prerequisites for success:
  • 2+ years of leadership or operations management experience required
  • Orthodontic or dental experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet operational and performance goals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

The Perks:

In exchange for the energy and leadership you'll bring to our team, we offer:
  • Competitive salary + bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid holidays + PTO starting in your first year
  • Discounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family
  • Growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing organizations in healthcare
