What you’ll own

  • Lead large scale, fast paced change engagements, required to get up to speed on complex change immediately.
  • Manage and maintain effective cross functional relationships across large projects including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance
  • Deliver successful change against defined benefits
  • Manage project budgets and resource assignments ensuring budget allocation is adhered to
  • Hold project team members accountable as to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, within an efficient manner
  • Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives.
  • Make timely, informed decisions and communicate rationale with factual accuracy and clarity to stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues throughout Globalpayments.
  • Demonstrate technical competence in assigned delivery
  • Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise and drive innovation.
  • Effectively pursue and apply best practices to advance business and company goals.
  • Desire for continuous improvement while seeking opportunities to grow the business, adding value and maximizing profit.
  • Understand and adhere to Worldpay policies and procedures, as well as governing laws and regulations.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $119,000.00-$179,750.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
