What you’ll own
- Lead large scale, fast paced change engagements, required to get up to speed on complex change immediately.
- Manage and maintain effective cross functional relationships across large projects including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance
- Deliver successful change against defined benefits
- Manage project budgets and resource assignments ensuring budget allocation is adhered to
- Hold project team members accountable as to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, within an efficient manner
- Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives.
- Make timely, informed decisions and communicate rationale with factual accuracy and clarity to stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues throughout Globalpayments.
- Demonstrate technical competence in assigned delivery
- Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise and drive innovation.
- Effectively pursue and apply best practices to advance business and company goals.
- Desire for continuous improvement while seeking opportunities to grow the business, adding value and maximizing profit.
- Understand and adhere to Worldpay policies and procedures, as well as governing laws and regulations.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
- Willing to travel 10% or as needed

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $119,000.00-$179,750.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
