The Opportunity:
Manage IT Engineering efforts supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS). You will manage the team leading an entirely new Tenable architecture for the DAF utilizing newly released software and a top-down redesign of an Assured Compliance Assessment Solution.
As the project manager, you will work with your senior project manager to: develop an integrated master schedule, cyber roadmaps, identify and manage continuous improvement projects, and work alongside a large team of several hundred personnel working to integrate at-scale enterprise solutions together.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers between 10 and 15 personnel. Includes personnel development, annual assessments (in conjunction with project technical lead), and semi-annual personnel check-ups (one-on-one sessions).
- Build a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by decomposing the contract order.
- Work with the program technical lead on the 2-year goals and objectives for the successful delivery of the ACAS Project Scope.
- Define continuous improvement opportunities and project improvement efforts within the overall project strategic plan.
- Support cost management with the program finance team to manage project costs; develop ODC spend plan by quarter to track project hardware and software expenditures.
- Direct and review the work of project team members
- Work with assigned technical lead to prioritize work and ensure successful delivery of program, and project, milestones.
Annual Performance Objectives
- Published quarterly WBS updates and Cyber Roadmaps
- Manage daily/weekly issues and risks within the program risk tracker
- Achieve all DAF, and program/project, defined milestones
- Develop, and maintain, an accurate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within Microsoft Project Online
- Quarterly recommendation(s) on cost savings and/or execution efficiencies (automation, labor, ODC’s).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS with 5 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree
- One of the following Certifications
- Certificated Associate in Project Management – CAPM
- Project Management Professional – PMP
- PMI Scheduling Professional – PMI-SP
- 5 years of experience as a project manager
- 3 years of experience developing schedules within Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Project Online
- 3 years of experience managing project cost models for Labor and Other Direct Costs (ODC’s)
- 1 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense
- Experience developing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Experience developing project roadmaps projecting 18+ months of project milestones
- Excellent communications skills with experience briefing senior members of a program team

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
