Title:Power Platform Support engineer & Copilot Engg

JD:
• Provide first-line support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and related Microsoft platform services.
• Perform ticket triage, issue troubleshooting, user onboarding and access provisioning activities.
• Assist users with environment setup, licensing guidance, platform navigation and feature adoption.
• Maintain knowledge articles, user guides, FAQs and support documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams while ensuring timely user communication and resolution tracking.
The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
