Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
  • 5 years of experience with direct current power distribution design, in
    areas of steady state and dynamic scenario, protection measures.
  • 5 years of experience with power converter design including AC/DC, DC/DC, or DC/AC converter design.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant field or a professional engineering license or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural).
  • Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
  • Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

  • Lead projects that involve new power systems and power electronics technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.
  • Accelerate the pivot towards LVDC systems for future data center designs.
  • Partner with power industry leaders to lead the evaluation and adoption of the most compelling cutting edge technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction while troubleshooting complex system level power delivery issues.
