What You\'ll Do
• Lead delivery of electric utility projects, guiding overhead and underground design from planning through construction
• Own project performance - scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a high-performing environment
• Serve as the primary liaison with utilities, clients, and regulatory agencie
• Drive technical quality through QA/QC and adherence to standard
• Lead design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and presentation
• Coordinate across disciplines to deliver efficient, constructible solution
• Manage change processes, permitting, and regulatory approval
• Support construction through field engagement and issue resolution

In the role of Electrical Engineer we\'ll count on you to:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering
  • Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software. (examples include PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree may be in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in power delivery/project execution
  • Prior experience with an engineering consulting firm
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
  • Experience in power delivery, utility engineering, or related infrastructure
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of utility standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for ownership and results
