The Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of automation processes, data integration techniques, and system architecture, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Automate workflows to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party services.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Automate and related technologies.
- Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Implement and enforce security measures and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform.
- Monitor and analyze usage metrics to optimize performance and resource allocation.
- Develop reusable components and templates to streamline development processes.
Requirements:- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Familiarity with security models and role-based access control within Power Platform.
- Ability to manage and optimize Power Platform environments and resources.
- Strong understanding of data integration and migration within Power Platform.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Education:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

- New York / New Jersey: $159k - $194k
